"ГИБАНИЦА" - Cheese pie

 

 Ingredients:

- thin sheets of dough (there are 20 in one packet or you can make it yourself)

- 500 grams of cheese crumbs 

- 3 eggs

- a little margarine

- a little sunflower oil

 

 First, mix cheese and eggs.

 

 It looks like this at the end.

 

Lay the first sheet and spread a few spoons of oil over it. Put 1-2 spoons of cheese and eggs mixture on it and spread it over the sheet like in the picture. Pay attention not to put too much of the mixture so that you would have enough of it for all four rolls that you need to make. 

 

Then, lay the other sheet over the first one. On the second, third, fourth and fifth sheet you don't put any oil. Spread the mixture over the sheet and then put a few thin pieces of margarine. Repeat the same with the following sheets. 

 

When you put the fifth sheet, make a roll and put a little piece of margarine in both ends, so that the ends wouldn't be dry. 

 

Put the roll in a pan. Repeat the same process with the other three rolls. 

 

Leave one or two spoons of the mixture for the end and add a few spoons of water, mix it, pour it on the rolls and spread it over them with a spoon. 

 

Put the pan into an oven on 180-200 degrees Celsius and bake it for 20-25 minutes. During backing, check a few times how it is going. You can see if it is over by the look of the visible part of Gibanica, since the upper part shouldn't be burnt.

Serve Gibanica on the plate and "make some stomachs happy".
